What this service does

Gift Factory hosts a personalised page presenting stock details entered by its creator. We do not buy, sell, transfer, register, store or hold money or securities, execute trades, maintain brokerage accounts, give investment advice or verify ownership. A page is a presentation, not a financial instrument, contract for shares, certificate or brokerage statement.

Your responsibility as the sender

You must be at least 18 to create a page. Arrange any actual purchase or transfer yourself through an appropriate provider and communicate its terms directly to the recipient. Enter accurate gift details and only content you have permission to share. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing or sensitive content. Do not include identifying information about children. Give recipients a link to our privacy notice.

Passwords and management keys

Choose a strong password and send it separately from the gift link. Keep your management key private and backed up securely. We cannot recover lost gift passwords or management keys. A person with the management key can delete the gift; a person with both the key and the password can edit it. We may remove access to unlawful or abusive content, or where legally required.

One year of hosting

The page is available for 365 days from creation unless deleted sooner. Edits do not extend its life. You may download an opened gift before expiry. Hosting is provided without a fee during the initial release. Future optional prices will be displayed and agreed before any charge; there is no automatic billing or renewal.

Numbers are an introduction, not a trading tool

Stock quantities and original prices are supplied by the creator and are not verified. Any market values are indicative, may be delayed, incomplete, stale or unavailable, and are labelled with their source and observation time. Use your broker or the linked market-data source for trading decisions. Shares can lose value. Gift values exclude fees, dividends, taxes, foreign exchange and corporate actions such as splits unless the creator updates the recorded quantities. There is no return guarantee.

Service availability

We aim to keep pages available but interruptions can occur. Keep a downloaded copy if the message is important to you. We remain responsible as required by applicable law; nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If paid services are introduced, applicable cancellation and refund rights will be provided before purchase.

Privacy, changes and contact

Our privacy notice describes how data is handled. Material changes apply prospectively and will be shown before new gifts are created. Contact the operator through our help page for service issues, complaints or reports. Applicable mandatory laws and consumer rights remain in force.
